This page explains what happens to the details you send me through this website. It is short because I collect very little.

Who I am

This website is run by the drewery, a business owned by Andrew Tirtha. You can reach me at drew@thedrewery.com.

What I collect

Only what you type into the enquiry form or send me by email:

This site has no analytics, no tracking and no cookies, so there is nothing else to collect and no cookie banner to click.

Why

To reply to your enquiry. I don't sell your details, and I don't use them for anything else.

Where your details go

The form does not store anything on this website. When you press send, it opens a pre-filled email in your own email app, and the message reaches my inbox only when you press send there. That inbox is a Gmail account run by Google, so Google processes your message as my email provider.

The website itself is hosted by Vercel. Like any web host, Vercel receives basic technical information when a page is loaded, such as your IP address, to deliver the page.

Google and Vercel operate in the United States and other countries, and I read and answer enquiries from outside the United States as well, so your details may be stored or accessed outside the U.S.

How long I keep it

Until your enquiry has been dealt with. If it turns into a customer relationship, I keep what I need to look after your site and your account.

Your choices

You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Depending on where you live (California, for example), the law may give you these rights. Email me at drew@thedrewery.com and I will act on your request.

Changes

If I change how the form works, I will update this page and the date above.
